last One-day International for 2010. India made just one change to their
playing (Pat)eleven – Zaheer Khan made way for Munaf.
New Zealand also
made a change to the eleven that last played the Indians – Andy McKay made way
for Grant Elliott.
On winning the
toss, Vettori, New Zealand's skipper, (Dani)elected to bat. The first Powerplay
of their innings – which was the mandatory Powerplay – was between the first
and the 10th over. They scored 47 and lost three wickets.

point.

between the 11th and the 15th over.
Sixteen overs into
the match, the drinks break was taken. New Zealand had scored 68 for the loss
of three wickets at that point. While

faced seven balls, scored four. His runs came by way of a boundary. Eight balls
after Nathan’s dismissal, he was caught by Saurabh Tiwary. Ashwin broke the
five-run stand.

heaven. India, who scored 107 for the loss of two wickets off 21.1 overs, won
by eight wickets with 173 balls to spare.
Mills bowled a
wicketless over, conceding 15. Styris, who bowled four wicketless overs, had no
