India, who had alRe(a)d(d)y been
eliminated, made a couple of changes to their playing eleven – Syed Kirmani and
Yograj Singh made way for Bharath and Kirti Azad. Australia made just one
change to theirs – John Dyson made way for Rodney Hogg. Sunil Gavaskar, India’s
skipper, won the toss, putting the Australians in.
Graeme Wood, who faced 28 balls, scored 26. His innings included a couple of
